Directors and senior management need to have deep thought – a lot more than they do. Directors and senior management need to understand the root cause of problems not the symptoms – but they don’t.

  • Which is the biggest mistake you have made as a professional in this field and what have you learned from it? 

Pushed and got approved for a large Machine Learning data tech platform. Later learned that I am an idiot for believing all the marketing BS from all these technology vendors. Technology by itself in digital marketing is pointless unless supported and backed by: Governance, training, strategy, implementation and execution and knowledge, knowledge, knowledge.

  • Mention 3 brands that you love and why.

Shimano: Consistently high quality fishing reels.
Amazon prime: Quality of the service is beyond insane – The only company where the “Customer is always right”… but that is maybe because I do 160 orders per year?
Desigual: Spanish clothing brand that blends unusual patterns and colours in stylish clothing that your girlfriend with find original and hopefully love.
